If you are a primary account holder of an Ethr plan and invite family members to become subsidiary account holders, we will ask for their name and email address to send an invitation. This data is stored for the sole purpose of sending invitations and confirming family member status. If a subsidiary account holder wishes to have their data deleted, they can request removal from the primary account holder.

Ethr does not collect or process credit or debit card (“Payment Card”) data. Apple, Google, and our payment processor handle Payment Card data for in-app purchases and purchases made through the Website, respectively.

2. Confidentiality & Security

The security of your personal data is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect personal data submitted to us during transmission and once it is received. If you have any questions about the security of your personal data, you can contact us at connect@ethr.one.

Except as described under the “Disclosure of Your Data” section below, we do not provide your personal data to any third party without your specific consent, as defined by applicable law.

3. Newsletters and Other Electronic Communication

If you sign up to receive promotional materials from us via email and/or push notifications, we will use the data you provide to deliver these communications. You may opt-out of email promotions by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of such communications or by emailing connect@ethr.one. Push notifications can be disabled at the device level.

If you provide your phone number for receiving an SMS message with a link to our Apps, you will receive such SMS messages (the “SMS Service”). Standard text message rates may apply.

4. Tracking Technologies

Ethr and our analytics partners use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to enhance your experience. For instance, these tools help us remember your login details and measure how people use the Products.

We partner with third parties, such as Facebook and Google, to manage our advertising on other platforms. These partners may use cookies to track your activities on the Products for retargeting ads.
